Took my car there a good while back for fluid refreshments and alignment. Got my car back with the breaks being weird so brought it back. Got it a few days later saying it was fixed, it was not. Brought it back again where they kept my car for weeks without contacting me. They claimed the car would no longer start, when I brought it in for the breaks not engaging all the way. They claimed the part I needed was discontinued and they were in contact with other shops in town that said they did not have it. Eventually had them move my car to a different shop where they didn't give them the keys nor could they tell me a consistent place where they put them. One day they said they put it in the center console or the driver door, next day they said they put it in the glove box. (They were nowhere to be found and I ended up having to pay for a new programmed auto start and key) Fritz ended up fixing my car within a few days and got it back to me good as new. Turns out that gear grabbers put the wrong break fluid in my car and that was the problem all along. Great folks here. They helped me fix an issue with the drive on my boat, even though I was just passing through the area and didn't have much time to wait. Highly recommended.

I chose gear grabbers to replace the starter on my car and they went above and beyond getting it done. They got it done quick and for a good price. I’m more than happy with the service they provided.

I just recently got all four of my shocks replaced here, and paid for an alignment as well. They did not do an alignment lol. I’ve heard numerous bad reviews from this location and tried to give it my own unbiased experience. Unfortunately, the rumors were true. They did a great job on the shocks, but charged me for something I did not get. I will never go back here again and I recommend you go anywhere else as well. I have attached a picture of the alignment after having to go to Les Schwab so they can fix it… It is what it is, but please go elsewhere. The staff was nice though! P.S.- A very nice lady called me and refunded me for the $90!!! Very incredible and I am very grateful for that! I bumped it up to 3 stars! Whooooo whoooo!!!

Excellent service. They saved the day for us. Traveling from St. Louis Missouri to Spruce Grove Alberta, 2 hours out of Great Falls the hood latch on the Jeep broke off. The Jeep dealer would not even call me back. Gear Grabbers came to the rescue. Got the part and as soon as we arrived they took in the Jeep. 30 minutes later, with a very fair bill, we were back on the road. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Thank you Thank you Thank you ❤️ and, they even made our Yorkie Chaser feel welcome. Wish I could give you 10 STARS!
